The Estonian Centre for Defence Investments consolidates the expertise, knowledge, experience, and corresponding budgets of institutions that were previously responsible for procurement and infrastructure management separately – primarily the Estonian Defence Forces and the Ministry of Defence.
The Centre conducts procurements for the Ministry of Defence, the Estonian Defence Forces, and other institutions within the area of government, and manages their real estate.
